Registration is fast and easy and a great way to simplify your online experience. Simply click ‘Account’ on the site header and select ‘Register Now.’ During registration, you will be given the option to affiliate your profile with your organization’s account. This is useful to you, if your organization has contractual pricing or if you plan to order.

1. Go to hitchemics.com
2. Click on the Account drop-down and click Register.
3. Create your profile by entering the following information:

• First name

• Last name

• Company name

• Country or region

• Street

• City

• State or province

• Zip code

• Email address

4. Click the 'Get Code' button

Your organization does not need to have an account to order but you need to be registered to place an order through our website. Go to the Register/Sign in Tab on our site header and create your profile Hitchemics.com.com?). It will give you the option to affiliate your profile with your organization’s account. If your organization does not have an existing account, you will need to select Continue Registration and complete that process. After which, you can submit an order request.

You will receive contractual pricing if you are a registered user and your profile is linked to your organization's account. To confirm that your profile is linked to an account. Log in and review the pricing of a product that is included in your contract. If successfully linked, the discounted price will be in red with the list price marked through. If your registered profile is not linked to an account, you will need to contact us to update your profile.

You can modify your address during the ordering process, but please note that these changes are temporary and apply only to that specific order. 
To make permanent updates to your shipping or billing address, please reach out to our customer service team.

Returned items will only be accepted and credited with prior approval, in compliance with Hit Chemics instructions on return shipments.

Items that may not be accepted for return include but are not limited to custom products and special orders.  

Return of items must be requested by completing a Returns Document Form that can be obtained by contacting our customer service department. The completed form should be sent with the returned items.

For returns due to an incorrectly placed order, Hit Chemics may charge a restocking fee of 20-80%. In this case, the returned item will only be accepted if the original packaging is intact and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment costs. 

Chemicals should not be returned via the postal system.

Many of our products are refrigerated or frozen for long-term storage. Short periods at higher temperatures (less than 1 week), as might occur during shipping, should not affect product life or efficacy. Where temperature may be an issue during shipping, our products will be shipped on ice packs or dry ice as appropriate. If you have any specific requirements for shipping (for example, temperature monitoring) please contact us for more information.

Products assigned a UN number that are hazardous for transport will be shipped according to the appropriate IATA, IMDG and ADR regulations.

We may apply 3 different shipping charges where appropriate:

• Transport charge applies per shipment and depends on the weight and country of destination.
• Hazard surcharge applies for the shipping of regulated dangerous substances. It applies per item so a shipment with 2 or more hazardous items will incur 2 or more hazard surcharges.
• Special surcharge applies for special requests regarding the delivery (e.g. delivery before 9 am, special packaging, temperature tracking, additional services).

We also apply additional shipping charges for online orders that will be added to your basket after inserting the shipping address during checkout. For phone or email orders, you will be informed of shipping charges at order confirmation.
