A number of our trusted suppliers are also capable of taking on outsourced work from us if required to help fulfill customer’s needs.

We treat all sourced products with the same diligence as those we manufacture. With a trusted network of full vetted suppliers, we ensure the quality is consistent, reducing the risk to the customer and enabling a seamless transition of the product to the end user.

Our team is fully proficient in obtaining all relevant export permissions, with testing certification and other documentation in place. We ship to the relevant Hit Chemics location in advance of final delivery, ensuring excellent logistics management. We can also perform additional QC testing or other analysis if needed.

All inquires, queries or concerns are managed within our team with a robust system to ensure customer satisfaction. We regularly negotiate excellent ongoing supply agreements to ensure the meeting of future needs with a secure supply chain.
